Ahhh, Elisabeth. You’ll remember this image from her first maternity shoot in the summer of 2008.
I was really happy when Elisabeth told me she was having baby number two , in the WINTER! January in Norway is a time when you go into hibernation. It’s cold, it’s windy, it’s gray – but I was so excited for the challenge of creating artistic, out of the box maternity images and I must say, we met that challenge HEAD ON. Elisabeth was a trooper. The first session had to be postponed due to the -21C temperatures, so we were really pushing it when we finally did meet, a week or so before her due date. Elisabeth was up for anything and didn’t complain once. I’m so happy that my visions turned out exactly as I had hoped, and we really did cut it close. Elisabeth gave birth 15 hours after her last image was taken!! 🙂 Stay tuned to the blog for her newborn images!
