First I wanted to apologize that this post is so delayed. I'm having issues with uploading images onto the blog.
Navnedag. This is a special day in Norway that finds its tradition's dating back to the middle ages. A navnedag is chosen instead of a confirmation for those who would still like to incorporate tradition and create a special day for their babies.
For this session, we are celebrating the life of Little Ingrid! From the moment we met, she let me know who was boss and it wasn't the girl behind the camera! She had the biggest blue eyes that just melted your heart! She definitely knew what she wanted and that was the comfort of her mamma and pappa's arms around her which is possibly the best place on earth! But, I got my way in the end (ok, she was asleep and didn't know I was there, but what can you do 🙂 haha).
The location for this session is Heggedal Hovedgård , which dates back to the 1700's. Some of the furnishings were 200 years old and really, it was a photographer's dream!
Tusen takk SÅ mye for at jeg fikk lov til å dele dagen med dere! Du har en nydelig familie og det var så gøy!
~ ♥ Lisa

No problem. It’s actually a Tibetan lambskin and I bought it in Norway. It’s imported from a company that imports furs. I’m sorry, I don’t know if they even sell these in the US! 🙁
Love your work!
Can i ask where you got the adorable grey furry rug? I gotta have one! 😉
